For hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
There are no returns or exchanges on sale items – unless the item is physically damaged.
If you requested custom alterations to your piece, it can not be returned.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items and Arewa Fashion is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process. As goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, please ensure you allow adequate time for any return.
